Large 17th Century English portrait of Prince William, Duke of Gloucester, oil on canvas from the studio of Sir Godfrey Keller. Excellent quality and condition bust scale portrait of William in armour and ceremonial decor. The son of Queen Anne and Prince George of Denmark, he died suddenly at the age of 11 from either smallpox or Scarlett Fever.
